A fashion mystery shopper shops at clothing, footwear and accessories brands as a normal customer, online or in store, then reports on the experience: how easy it was to order, how the delivery arrived, how the fitting room felt and how the return was handled.
Brands use these reports to fix what their customers actually go through. Your honest view, with a few photos and screenshots, is what they pay for.

Is it free to join?
Yes, always. Joining the SMRC panel is free. A genuine mystery shopping company never asks you to pay to register or to receive tasks.
How much do fashion mystery shoppers get paid?
Each completed task pays an agreed fee, plus any approved expenses such as a purchase the brief asks you to make. The amount depends on the task and is confirmed with you before you accept it.
Do I get to keep the clothes?
It depends on the brief. Some tasks ask you to return the item so the brand can test its returns process. Any purchase the brief asks you to make is covered as an approved expense. The brief tells you exactly what to do with the item.
Will the brand see my name, address or photos of me?
No. The brand only sees a shopper code, never your name, phone number or email. You never photograph yourself or other people: tasks only ask for photos of products, receipts, screens and parcels. Where an online order needs a delivery, the brief tells you how it is handled. Click and collect is used wherever possible.
Do I need experience?
No. Every task comes with a clear brief and a short report form. The SMRC panel team is there if you have questions. If you love shopping and notice details, you can start straight away.
Can students join?
Yes. If you are 18 or over and live in the UAE, you can join, whether you are studying, working or at home.
Will the store know I am a mystery shopper?
No. You shop as a normal customer and never reveal that you are evaluating the store. That is what makes your feedback valuable to the brand.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. Your details are stored securely, used only to contact you about paid research and never sold. SMRC follows the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. Read the privacy policy.
How often will I get tasks?
It depends on your profile and on demand in your area. The more complete your profile and the more reliable your reports, the more often you are matched to tasks.
