Systematic Market Research Consultancy was founded in 2017 by Mr. Thomas John – a proven expert in retail audit and market research for the UAE and the Middle East region. Under the expert guidance of Mr. Thomas John & Mr. Reji Nair, another MEMERB and GFK veteran who knows every retail nook and corner of UAE; our company has developed an outstanding reputation in fieldwork, data gathering, strategic market intelligence, market consulting, and research.

 On average, our Executives have more than 20 years of experience in the Marketing Research industry, having serviced multi-national companies like MEMERB & GFK. Being official field operators for GFK in UAE, our team visits a panel of 950 outlets per month including Automotive, FMCG, TCG & Optics. We work with enterprises across the MENA region to tackle challenging industry issues to bring real value to our clients. In addition to having done multiple universe censuses in UAE and Oman for Automotive, Optical etc. our team has conducted multiple market types of research to provide insight, strategy, and consultant multi-national companies.

Mr. Thomas John (CEO) is an accomplished leader and visionary who has dedicated his professional life to market research and has seen it evolve through the past few decades, this MEMERB veteran brings his experience across MENA to guide the team.

Mr. Reji Nair (Operations Manager), a veteran with a combined 24 years of experience in the market research field audit and ADHOC projects, has worked as a data acquisition manager with MEMERB. Managed and planned multiple Retail Audits across UAE and ADNOC Customer Satisfaction Survey in 2019 for GFK.

Ganesh Sadanandan (Field Manager) is an experienced field auditor with experience in Oman and UAE for 7+ years. He organized and led the team on the field for the 3 Universe Census audits conducted by SMRC. He worked on the Conread spare parts study for a leading distributor and it was successfully planned and executed for 3 years.

Chithra Vinayan (BDM) is a highly motivated individual with over 8 years of B2B and B2C international experience in business development, marketing, and consulting. She graduated from the University of Texas, Dallas in 2017 and has worked in numerous well-renowned companies across the globe. She has experience managing multiple projects; she has developed and implemented to-go-market strategies after understanding the business model and business processes of various clients. 

Karen Noronha (Market Research Manager) is a talented strategic consultant with 8+ years of experience in the field of market research, She has worked on over 100+ projects spread over multiple domains including chemicals, paints, & consumer goods with various key stakeholders to provide end to end business solution.
